We got married on a rainy day on January 2, 2025. In May 2003 we first met in Berlin, reunited in 2021 during the pandamic, and spent the past 3 ½ years in a long distance relationship between Germany, Portland and Uruguay. After all that time we felt it was time to take our relationship further and make a commitment to build a life together.
We celebrated with family and friends on January 4, 2025 in our new home in Portland.
We thank everyone who contributed to our event with gifts, helping hands, ideas and their presence.
We enjoyed being with friends and family over the days of the celebration and were delighted to host all of them in our home. We will always look back with fondness on the weekend we had cooking together, playing games and reconnecting and are looking forward to doing all of this again.
